We are currently seeking an Enterprise Software Sales Leader to spearhead our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) sales initiatives, focusing on innovative document scanning, conversion, outsourced hosting, and BPO workflow solutions.

Position Summary
The selected candidate will take charge of the ECM sales division, driving the achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic sales plans aimed at expanding our market presence and achieving sales goals.
  • Meet individual sales quotas by cultivating and managing a robust sales pipeline, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Drive new business development initiatives with both new and existing clients, ensuring the attainment of budgeted quota targets.
  • Formulate and implement account-level sales strategies for managing large, complex accounts within a multi-solution framework.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction, collaborating with service delivery teams to address client needs effectively.
  • Design and oversee sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and support organizational sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities, providing insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships & Alliances to establish and manage effective channel partner programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in high-performance sales environments, consistently meeting revenue targets.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management and solution-based selling.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the sales of ECM software.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix management structure.
  • Proficient in consultative selling with executive-level clients and partners.

Business Expertise & Qualifications

  • Experience in managing ECM software sales across multiple sectors, particularly in cloud-based environments, is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of various sales models and methodologies.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling high-tech products and services.

Education
A four-year college degree is required.
