Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic sales team, specifically targeting the Western United States. This role transcends traditional sales responsibilities, presenting an opportunity to contribute significantly to a rapidly expanding organization. You will be tasked with promoting Cayosoft's premier software solutions to large enterprise clients, managing intricate sales processes, and finalizing agreements ranging from $100K to over $5M in annual recurring revenue. As a vital member of the sales force, you will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of your clients' operational landscapes, pinpointing critical IT initiatives where Cayosoft's solutions can provide substantial value and return on investment. Your insights will be instrumental in developing compelling business cases that encourage the adoption of our high-value software subscriptions. Proficiency in value-driven and outcome-oriented selling is crucial, as this approach not only highlights the tangible benefits of our solutions but also plays a key role in sustaining our remarkable customer retention and renewal rates exceeding 99%.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Transactions: Spearhead complex sales cycles, securing agreements ranging from $100K to over $5M in annual recurring revenue that significantly contribute to Cayosoft's growth.
Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with corporate objectives, ensuring that our enterprise segment meets and surpasses performance targets.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep connections with enterprise clients, comprehending their IT requirements, and positioning Cayosoft's solutions as the optimal resolution to their challenges.
Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams to showcase Cayosoft's advantages to prospects and clients, leading proof of concepts and ensuring alignment throughout the sales process.
Opportunity Pipeline Management: Diligently monitor activities and manage your sales pipeline in CRM, providing a clear and current overview of your business.
Contract Negotiation: Oversee the RFP process, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts to effectively close high-value business agreements.
Customer Success Focus: Sustain and cultivate client relationships post-sale, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Insight Development: Acquire a thorough understanding of your territory, including customers, prospects, partners, competitors, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated Sales Achievement: At least 7 years of experience in business-to-business software sales, with a minimum of 5 years focused on enterprise or strategic accounts, particularly involving high-value transactions.
Territory Development Experience: Over 5 years of experience in territory planning and development, ideally within the Western United States or TOLA region.
Technical Knowledge: Profound understanding of cybersecurity, ransomware, enterprise software, and cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Relationship Management Skills: Extensive experience in managing and expanding client relationships, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers and executives.
Proficiency in Modern Sales Tools: Familiarity with contemporary sales technologies, including CRM systems and communication platforms.
Dynamic Professional: A positive demeanor, high energy, and a sense of urgency are essential, along with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to swiftly adjust to changes in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems.
