Job Description

Vectra AI is seeking a highly skilled Channel Manager to lead the growth of our channel sales organization in North America. As a key member of our Partner Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our partner ecosystem, and enhance our market presence.

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in channel sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security channel landscape, experience in developing and executing distribution/channel strategies, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quota objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead the development and execution of distribution/channel strategies
  • Maintain contracts, pricing updates, and drive net new contracts
  • Leverage distribution to build pipeline, brand awareness, and advocates in the Federal space
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, and strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quota objectives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the security channel landscape
  • Experience in developing and executing distribution/channel strategies
  • Strong presenter and closer with a Win/Win philosophy
