Job Description

This Senior Partner Development Manager position is responsible for growing our channel business in the Northern California region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Provider Channel Managers, current Telarus partners, and prospective partners
  • Recruiting new channel partners and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Communicating effectively with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Channel background
  • A minimum of 2 years of Telecom background
  • Experience in recruiting new partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
