**Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead our North America consumer channel sales efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer electronics channel sales and be able to drive growth through strategic partnerships with key retailers and e-tailers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product lines in the North America consumer market.* Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, including category buyers and account managers.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and field sales, to drive sales growth and market share gains.* Track and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.* Identify opportunities to expand product assortment and accelerate sales velocity with channel partners.* Manage forecasting and sell-through activities with retail partners.* Work closely with regional OEM teams to drive product launches and adoption.* Develop and deliver on strategic account plans, timelines, and programming.* Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, engineering).
- 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics channel sales, marketing, or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share gains through strategic partnerships with key retailers and e-tailers.
- Strong understanding of the compute technology ecosystem and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in consumer electronics channel sales, marketing, or management.
- Significant channel sales experience and a proven track record of working with channel partners to grow their sales in new business segments.
- Existing relationships with channel leadership and retail account owners in North America.
