Job Overview

As our Senior Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strategic planning in the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Work closely with key accounts to drive new design wins and product sales
  • Collaborate with Manufacturer's Sales Representatives to drive business within territory
  • Manage local Distribution channels and drive demand creation, sales training, and key account penetration
  • Supervise Territory FAE teams and direct support requirements within the Region
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BSEE degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of sales experience with account and/or territory management
  • Strong leadership capabilities, supervisory skills, and experience in motivating and training manufacturer's representative sales force and Distributor partners
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet and exceed sales quota
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of analog/mixed signal products and semiconductor sales experience
  • Direct sales experience and strong relationships with major OEM customers in the West
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
