Senior Regional Business Development Director

Job OverviewAs our Senior Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strategic planning in the West region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Work closely with key accounts to drive new design wins and product sales
- Collaborate with Manufacturer's Sales Representatives to drive business within territory
- Manage local Distribution channels and drive demand creation, sales training, and key account penetration
- Supervise Territory FAE teams and direct support requirements within the Region
- BSEE degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years of sales experience with account and/or territory management
- Strong leadership capabilities, supervisory skills, and experience in motivating and training manufacturer's representative sales force and Distributor partners
- Proactive self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet and exceed sales quota
- Knowledge of analog/mixed signal products and semiconductor sales experience
- Direct sales experience and strong relationships with major OEM customers in the West
