Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive sales growth and revenue in the Northwest region.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and negotiate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Identify key clients in the medical, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Builde Strong Client Relationships
    • Utilize technical expertise to understand products and services, demonstrating them to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and provide feedback and recommendations on sales trends and customer needs.
  • Manage Territory
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of local market conditions, competitors, and clients.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective territory management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10+ years of experience in the medical, electronics, or defense industry with applications development experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of coatings sales experience.
  • Skill and Qualifications
    • Experience selling services to engineers in the medical, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management software.
    • Able to develop effective sales strategies and demonstrate products effectively.
