We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the AMER regional partner strategy, capitalize on new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with partners.

About this RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, Channel Growth. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategic plan to drive growth through partnerships in the AMER region.
Your primary focus will be on leading and managing a team of Partner Success Managers, recruiting, training, and enabling partners to drive new business and support retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to close large enterprise deals and maintain deep relationships with partners to create increased sales opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment. Experience in channel management and related partner or new business sales experience in SaaS or CRM software is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive growth in the AMER region
- Lead and manage a team of Partner Success Managers to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and enable partners to drive new business and support retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close large enterprise deals
- Maintain and deepen relationships with partners to create increased sales opportunities
- 10+ years of experience in channel management and related partner or new business sales experience in SaaS or CRM software
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills to drive deals forward
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment
- Experience in both startup and established businesses is a bonus
