Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager specializing in HVAC Services and Solutions. This role will involve acting as a technical sales expert, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting preventative maintenance agreements while offering service and repair recommendations for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales teams, parts personnel, and technicians within your designated territory.
• Achieve sales targets by nurturing existing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
• Generate lists of potential customers utilizing various lead generation sources, including industry databases and directories.
• Conduct regular visits to both current and prospective clients to solicit orders, strengthen relationships, and address customer inquiries.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals for new projects, ensuring accurate quotations and sales contracts.
• Conduct competitive product assessments to identify areas for product improvement or development.
• Maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and strategic business plans.
• Identify and leverage tools and resources to enhance sales efforts, such as energy rebates and ROI estimations.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Proven capability to influence market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Experience in the HVAC industry.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales tracking systems.
• Previous experience in creating sales proposals, quotations, and contract reviews.
• Background in commercial HVAC.
