Position Overview: We are in search of an Account Manager specializing in HVAC Services and Solutions. This role will serve as a technical sales authority, focusing on nurturing customer relationships, promoting preventative maintenance agreements, and advising on service and repair needs for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales teams, parts personnel, and technicians within your designated territory.
• Achieve sales targets by developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Generate lists of potential clients using various resources, including industry databases and market insights.
• Conduct regular visits to both current and prospective clients to foster relationships and address any concerns.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing proposals for new projects, ensuring accuracy in quotes and sales contracts.
• Conduct competitive product analysis to identify areas for product improvement or innovation.
• Maintain comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and strategic business plans.
• Leverage tools and resources to enhance sales efforts, including energy rebates and ROI estimations.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to influence market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience in the HVAC industry.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales management software.
• Experience in drafting sales proposals, quotes, and contract reviews.
• Background in commercial HVAC.
