Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective sales methodologies to enhance and expand sales in the Jan/San and Breakroom categories, including Cleaning Chemicals & Supplies, Janitorial Paper & Dispensers, Hand Soaps & Sanitizers, Safety Supplies, Coffee Brewer Programs, and more for designated commercial Mid-Market accounts.
  • Employ enablement and digital selling tools for efficient sales funnel management and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Drive program adoption among end users by implementing and promoting successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
  • Manage bid requests, provide accurate quotes to clients, and make informed decisions based on account requirements.
  • Oversee contract renewals related to Facilities Services and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Engage in strategic planning and prioritization aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to identify and comprehend customer needs, delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and utilize various tools and digital processes.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated urgency in outperforming competitors and driving profitability.
  • Proficient in leveraging digital technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Recognizes the importance of tools and processes for improved prospecting strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Jan/San and Breakroom industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
