About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at 2020 Search Partners. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client's presence in the commercial services market.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and showcase our expertise.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial services industry, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
