Duties and Responsibilities
· Proactively engage clients through phone, video, and digital communication.
· Assess business intelligence data to pinpoint potential sales and margin enhancement opportunities.
· Meet quarterly sales targets by increasing sales and margins with assigned accounts.
· Cultivate business relationships with various stakeholders to uncover potential opportunities.
· Collaborate in a team selling environment to share best practices, sales strategies, and process engagement.
· Utilize partnerships with various internal teams to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with Territory Managers to onboard and ramp up new accounts.
· Apply Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs, proposals, and pricing.
· Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of financial principles to maximize profits.
· Execute effective problem-solving and confident business decision-making with a sense of urgency.
· Maintain a customer database in CRM with sales notes, adhering to company protocols.
· Foster customer engagement through both proactive and reactive interactions.
· Support accounts with pricing, marketing initiatives, and technical assistance.
· Consistently achieve and surpass KPI goals and daily performance metrics.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client-focused solutions.
Required Qualifications
· Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
· Strong phone presence, along with excellent listening and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily.
· Demonstrated computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
· Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
· Ability to meet assigned goals and objectives within designated time frames.
· Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning, capable of teaching and leading.
· A willingness to learn and grow with Gemaire Distributors, LLC.
This position will require onsite training followed by a hybrid work model.
