Job Title: President for Emerging Franchisor

Franworth is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the development of an emerging brand. As President, you will be responsible for driving high-level decision-making, determining the company's short and long-term vision, and overseeing its growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategy, including market analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Lead the development of the company's organization and vision, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals.
  • Evaluate the performance of executive leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, market developments, and potential risks to the company.
  • Ensure the company maintains high social responsibility and adheres to its values and principles.
  • Assess and mitigate risks to the company, ensuring they are properly monitored and managed.
  • Set strategic goals and objectives, ensuring they are measurable and achievable.
  • Lead the development of a compelling brand, shaping product and brand direction to strengthen the brand across all regions.
  • Drive business growth on a national level, ensuring regional strategies are properly developed, monitored, and managed.
  • Provide clear, inclusive leadership and direction to the team, ensuring even development across all business areas.
  • Manage the company's P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of successful franchise experience in a similar or less senior role.
  • Excellent facilitation, delegation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others.
