Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our HR Direct Services team in Irvine, CA. This role will provide administrative assistance to the Production Control Department and support various functions such as data entry, document control, and data administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Receive and input daily production reports, material usage records, downtime records, QC analysis data, and throughputs from all 4 plants.
  • Production Report Generation: Create daily and weekly production reports and verify their accuracy.
  • Data Updating: Maintain up-to-date data files using Microsoft Excel.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain department documents, including product standards, item masters, and other reports.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel formulas and PowerPoint.
  • Previous related office experience.
  • Previous food industry experience or knowledge of food manufacturing processes is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish proficiency desirable.
