Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at HR Direct Services. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports operations projects and other department needs through various tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
  • Coordinates with employees and visitors, managing sign-in documents and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Updates employee rosters, maintains filing systems, and audits safety training records.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Proven administrative experience or equivalent role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desirable: previous food industry experience or knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
