Property Leasing Specialist

As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will excel in showcasing our community to potential residents, effectively emphasizing its unique features and advantages. Your role will involve utilizing strategic sales techniques to guide prospects in discovering their ideal living space. A commitment to thorough follow-up with prospects and achieving occupancy and leasing targets is essential. Additionally, you will prioritize delivering outstanding and consistent customer service to residents, prospects, and all stakeholders. The Property Leasing Specialist thrives in a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse strengths and working collectively towards common objectives.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Effectively present our community, shared spaces, and available apartments to potential residents, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Master the follow-up process, guiding prospects through each stage of the leasing journey.
  • Focus on exceeding occupancy and leasing targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the pristine condition of tour routes, communal areas, and available or prepared apartments.
  • Utilize strategic, conversion-focused communication with prospects, highlighting virtual staging techniques and best practices.
  • Leverage approved social media channels to highlight leasing opportunities, assess engagement, and promote our offerings.
  • Stay updated on the local employment landscape, businesses, community events, and lifestyle preferences through periodic competitor analysis.
Customer Service Focus:

  • Provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals monitored through our feedback program and online reputation management.
Role Expectations:
  • Maintain organization and effectively manage daily property operations.
  • Adopt new sales techniques with enthusiasm, always aiming to enhance your skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
  • Possess a working knowledge of Property Management Software, with familiarity in Yardi and Funnel preferred.
  • Be prepared to work weekends as part of the role's requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
  • Six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $59,000 annually, which includes a base salary and bonus program.

This pay range reflects the Company's expectations for this position at the time of posting. In accordance with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position's requirements. The Company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will provide medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
