Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential.
  • People Skills: Ability to connect with individuals, qualify leads, and successfully close leases.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating to secure favorable agreements.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
