You will provide accurate rental quotes and follow up with interested parties to track their application status.
  • Executing the applicant screening process and generating necessary correspondence based on the outcomes.
  • Drafting lease agreements and associated addendums while maintaining organized lease documentation and records. You will also manage the property waiting list and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Supporting the effective use of property management software for leasing operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents by performing inspections and making final adjustments as needed. You will distribute keys, welcome packages, and essential information during lease signings.
  • Staying informed about current marketing strategies and leasing practices to achieve targeted outreach goals. You will actively seek new residents through various marketing efforts, including direct outreach and collaboration with community organizations.
  • Fostering resident satisfaction through ongoing customer service, managing work order requests, and assisting with daily property operations.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • An Associate Degree in Customer Service or Hospitality is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Leasing or Sales is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license may be required based on property needs.
  • Essential skills include knowledge of fair housing laws, affordable housing programs, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with One-Site software is a plus.
  • This role may involve up to 10% travel.
