About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Partner Development Manager to join our team at New Relic. This role will be responsible for engaging and driving sales with our technology partners, building an ecosystem of product partners, and collaborating with various business units within New Relic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, qualify, enable, and build partner relationships
  • Grow users, consumption, and net new logos through partner sets
  • Build, track, and report metrics for partner success
  • Act as a trusted resource for partners in your portfolio
  • Work with various business units within New Relic - Sales, Customer Service/Technical teams, Services, Product & Marketing teams

Partner Onboarding:

Work with our Partner Engineering team to build and enable the partner experience, ensuring the partner is prepared to articulate the value proposition of New Relic's Observability platform.

Collect and evangelize partner success journeys internally with sales teams, management, and externally within partner ecosystems.

Distribute partner success and enablement content to pre and post-sales teams.

Work with Leadership & Sales Operations to measure program efficiency across partners.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience and 4+ years in partner building and enablement
  • Experience in partner enablement and/or partner management
  • Bonus points for experience with application performance, observability, and/or SaaS, major cloud providers - AWS, Azure, GCP, and working across Sales, Consulting Services, Customer Centric Teams, Marketing, and Business Units to build a culture of alignment.
