Senior Healthcare Sales Representative

At Management Business Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and moving families into our senior care communities. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and case managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly targets and grow your book of accounts.
- Work closely with our Regional Director to build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and facilities.
- Deliver presentations and service presentations to case managers, discharge planners, and doctors to promote our senior care services.
- Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales approach and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three or more years of outside sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve success.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
