Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at GoCo. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Account Executive team to achieve exceptional results.
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and training new and experienced Account Executives
- Providing ad-hoc coaching and performance management to team members
- Leading sales team meetings and ensuring execution of key sales initiatives
- Iterating and improving sales processes to drive better KPIs
- Collaborating with multiple departments, including Inbound and Outbound Demand Generation, Marketing, and Client Success
Requirements:
- Experience with HCM/HRIS/Payroll/Benefits technology
- Prior sales representative management experience in the SaaS industry
- Prior experience as a successful Account Executive
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Bachelor's degree
- Local to the Boston or Houston area
