Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at GoCo. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Account Executive team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and training new and experienced Account Executives
  • Providing ad-hoc coaching and performance management to team members
  • Leading sales team meetings and ensuring execution of key sales initiatives
  • Iterating and improving sales processes to drive better KPIs
  • Collaborating with multiple departments, including Inbound and Outbound Demand Generation, Marketing, and Client Success

Requirements:

  • Experience with HCM/HRIS/Payroll/Benefits technology
  • Prior sales representative management experience in the SaaS industry
  • Prior experience as a successful Account Executive
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Local to the Boston or Houston area
