Senior Sales Specialist for Cryogenic Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial strategy within a given region, coordinating with local account management, channel partners, and business development to achieve annual sales targets.
* Provide subject matter expertise in cold chain management, GxP environments, storage workflows, and supply chain needs within key markets (CGT, Pharma, Biotech).
* Develop and maintain customer relationships, driving growth through account management strategies.
* Collaborate with Marketing on creating a marketing plan, registering/planning/attending local vendor shows, creating and executing on campaigns.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
* 5+ years of experience in life sciences capital equipment sales in a designated region/territory (CGT and sample storage preferred).
* Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
* Demonstrates keen business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships.
* Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Experience in life sciences, clinical diagnostics, and biobanking preferred.
