We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner (HRBP), Senior Manager to provide strategic partnership, consultation and support to our business leaders and their teams.

This role is ideal for individuals skilled at building genuine relationships, finding opportunities for growth, coaching leaders, leading through a DEI lens, and co-creating a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide strategic HR business partnership, consultation, coaching and support to assigned departments on areas including organizational design, change management, people matters, performance management, employee engagement, retention, employee relations, and talent planning.

Key responsibilities will include developing and facilitating the execution of strategic plans, collaborating with executive leaders to prioritize strategies and recommended solutions, coaching and guiding people leaders on navigating employee matters, managing performance, and driving team effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of total HR experience, with 8+ years in the HRBP function supporting senior-level executives.

They will be able to work autonomously, manage multiple competing priorities with exceptional quality and follow-through, and have a proven ability to turn insights from data, trends and feedback into actionable recommendations and strategic priorities for the business.

Experience successfully building, enhancing and optimizing talent processes/programs, partnering with leaders to support organizational change, and leading projects from conception to execution is also essential.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $166,000-$200,000, and the company offers a range of benefits, including market salary, stock options, 401K with ezCater match, health/dental/FSA, long-term disability insurance, remote-hybrid work, and a tremendous amount of responsibility and autonomy.
