About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our team at Snyk. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic investments, analyzing growth metrics, and driving efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support informed decision-making across the business.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide insightful communication to stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation technologies.
  • Analyze financial data, interpret trends, and translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles for assigned departments.
  • Participate in actuals reporting and reconciliations, partnering with Accounting to close the books.
  • Maintain a core set of SaaS metrics to track company performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience developing and managing financial models and conducting financial forecasts.
  • Existing knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive) to improve our daily routines.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools like Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML techniques and their application to FP&A processes.
