Guest Services Supervisor

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Front Desk Supervisor is to ensure the seamless check-in and check-out process for guests while delivering exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand and implement all check-in and check-out procedures.
- Be well-versed in various guest scenarios to provide tailored assistance.
- Maintain familiarity with all technical equipment utilized at the Front Desk.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
- Understand the organizational structure and inter-departmental relationships.
- Train and mentor new team members effectively.
- Manage the Front Desk operations in the absence of the assistant manager, adhering to shift checklists.
Hotel-Specific Duties:
- Proficient in operating systems such as Opera, Resort Suite, and Synergy.
- Manage room inventory to optimize capacity during peak and off-peak periods.
- Communicate relevant information to staff regarding group bookings and catered events.
- Oversee guest service and transportation operations while acting as the Manager on Duty.
Tools and Equipment:
Utilize various office equipment including computers, printers, telephones, and photocopying machines.
Work Environment:
Work primarily indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
