Position Overview:
The Spa Services Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction within our spa by delivering high-quality services while adhering to Omni standards throughout all procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional quality in treatments and uphold professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the Spa therapy team to consistently provide top-tier service, creating a rejuvenating experience for guests.
  • Adhere to scheduled treatment times and ensure all procedures are followed meticulously.
  • Maintain a fully stocked work station, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available daily.
  • Provide guests with a completed service prescription form after each treatment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure preparedness for daily operations.
  • Aim to achieve a minimum of 10% in retail sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Utilize professional products in accordance with PAR levels to minimize waste.
  • Set up service areas according to established procedures and manage laundry disposal efficiently.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of products and services to guests.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication to effectively interact with associates and guests.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of experience, particularly in an upscale environment.
  • Valid State License is required.
  • Ability to maintain composure and organization in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
