Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Room Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Performing comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, which encompasses making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and dusting surfaces.
  • Restocking and replenishing amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Updating the status of room cleanliness upon completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Clearing room service trays and tables from guest accommodations.
  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked supply cart.
  • Inspecting all cleaning equipment before and after use to ensure proper functionality.
  • Providing friendly and efficient service to all hotel guests.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in hotel lobbies and public areas throughout the week.
  • Maintaining floors in public spaces and restrooms.
  • Cleaning and servicing the Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, and Outdoor Pool areas.
  • Ensuring outdoor pool and cabana areas are kept clean, including restrooms and public spaces.
  • Keeping all lobby corridors and staircases free of debris.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning lobby lounges and guest corridors.
  • Being available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the veranda on a daily basis.
  • Cleaning function rooms post-events and ensuring they are ready for future use.
  • Being prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Completing any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • The physical capability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred.
