The Regional Manager (RN) is tasked with the supervision and administration of infusion centers across the designated area, ensuring optimal patient care quality and safety, while managing the operational processes of the infusion suites.


Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Assigns responsibilities and patient care tasks to relevant personnel at each facility as needed.

Enhances the connection between the staff and the organization; serves as the liaison between the workforce and the corporate entity.

Manages the operations of several centers.

Guarantees adherence to organizational policies and procedures, as well as INS practice standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable state laws.

Trains and supervises leadership at the centers.
Facilitates dialogue between senior management and center leaders.

Travels as required to infusion clinics within the region to ensure compliance with corporate culture and operational guidelines.

Addresses clinical concerns raised by staff to promote safe and effective patient care.
Oversees and assists center managers with staffing arrangements.
Contributes to the execution of specific action plans for special initiatives.

Ensures that federal, state, and local Infusion Therapy Program standards of care and clinical practices are upheld through new employee orientation and annual competency evaluations, along with monitoring daily patient care provided by clinic staff.

Supports effective communication between patients and the organization, including documenting feedback, grievances, and requests.

Comprehends and complies with all relevant state, local, and federal regulations, including maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Recruits, trains, mentors, counsels, and assesses the performance of direct reports.
May necessitate travel to various work sites as required.

Qualifications:


Requires an associate's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a management role; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Must possess a current, active, and valid unrestricted RN license in the applicable state(s) or territory of the United States.
For the Elevance Health business unit, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is a prerequisite for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
5+ years of management experience
Experience with intravenous therapies preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the specified locations, the salary range for this position is $113,000 - $141,450.00/year.
