Position Summary: As the Regional Operations Manager for Field Services, you will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our field service teams. This role involves ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor Field Service Supervisors, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to service timelines.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote a safety-oriented and engaging work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices in service delivery and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
- Work with leadership to create and execute operational plans, focusing on resource allocation and training.
- Provide guidance to field service teams, nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and refine processes and training programs to maintain industry-leading service standards.
- Address escalated customer service concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in residential solar Operations & Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in PV and PV + Storage installation and service.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the solar industry, particularly in field service management.
- Extensive knowledge of solar systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting practices.
- Proven ability to implement safety protocols and best practices.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leadership experience within a department.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in residential solar operations leadership.
