Regional Sales Leader

Avery Dennison is a renowned global player in pressure-sensitive and functional materials, as well as labeling solutions tailored for the retail apparel sector. Our innovative applications and technologies are pivotal to products across various industries.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead market development in the Fujian area. This role involves:
- Formulating and executing a comprehensive regional market strategy aimed at achieving sales targets and fostering growth.
- Building strategic partnerships with clients by collaborating with internal teams to implement the Customer Action Plan, maximizing market potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, addressing any issues that may arise on a daily basis.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, preparing detailed reports on account status.
- Work closely with internal teams to devise solutions that align with customer needs and drive execution.
- Lead the sales teams within the China RBO region, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and the development of sales representatives.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with factory sales teams and other departments to maintain alignment on account strategies and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of robust sales experience within the local garment brand industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in product development, merchandising, or sourcing for large global or Chinese brands.
- Strong understanding of trims, labels, and packaging within the apparel supply chain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
The position is open to candidates across the Fujian Province.
