Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Maritime operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficient and profitable operations, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select, train, and develop an effective and efficient team.
  • Establish and communicate performance standards and objectives.
  • Oversee Port Managers, Supervisors, and temporary workers.
  • Monitor operations and staff, recommending changes to optimize resource utilization.
  • Administer Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Monitor department work productivity and implement changes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and financial performance.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to propose and implement Company initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of maritime operations.
  • Preferred education: Associates or Equivalent.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $131,000, depending on location and experience.
