\t* Take appropriate action in partnership with Loss Prevention to achieve established shortage goals and reduce the shortage.

\t* 5+ years of multi-store and regional experience in a retail environment, preferably in the watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and luxury retail.
\t* Demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.

\t* Must have strong business acumen by demonstrating the ability to understand and articulate margin development, budgets, and sales forecasts.
