JOB:

In the capacity of Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy, the selected candidate will inherit a well-structured team of five and will be responsible for executing a proven, repeatable sales process while mentoring their team on its implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of driving revenue growth with a team that has generated between $8-10 million, alongside a keen understanding of market segmentation. This role involves strategizing on new business opportunities, particularly in adjacent markets. It is an excellent opportunity for a leader who has previously developed and executed market strategies in collaboration with their teams. The candidate should be prepared to engage actively in sales activities alongside their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in making strategic growth decisions within previous organizations.
  • Strong coaching skills to guide the team effectively.
  • Experience in selling software solutions to the building industry is highly advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Residency in the Greater Philadelphia Area is required.
