Position Overview: Lectrix is on the lookout for a seasoned and innovative Senior Vice President of Marketing Operations to elevate our organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of executive-level agency management, business content creation, SEO, lead generation, and B2B strategic planning within a digital marketing context. This position demands a robust background in agency and company operations, including client relations, team leadership, process enhancement, financial oversight, and quality assurance. Experience in the electronics, engineering, or industrial marketing domains is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee agency management
  • Provide marketing leadership
  • Supervise the content development team, ensuring alignment with engineering clients' messaging, objectives, standards, and industry trends.
  • Support the SEO initiatives, aiding product development, and ensuring SEO strategies align with clients' business goals.
  • Guide the client success management team, offering support as necessary, and ensuring client strategies achieve their business objectives.
  • Assist the design team as required to deliver an engineering-focused design service to our clients.
  • Develop our engineering advisory board, integrating their insights into our work, products, and teams.
  • Manage agency operations
  • Optimize agency operations, including client relationships, team performance, and workflow processes.
  • Oversee financial planning and budget management to meet profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement business development strategies.
  • Ensure quality control across all marketing outputs to uphold high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Industry-Specific Marketing
  • Acquire and apply specialized knowledge of electronics, engineering, or industrial sectors to customize marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to deliver relevant and impactful marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital agency management, focusing on B2B content creation, SEO, lead generation, and strategic planning. Specifically, proven experience in:
  • Technical and business content creation, including whitepapers, blogs, application notes, collateral, and videos.
  • B2B SEO, preferably within an engineering context.
  • B2B lead generation across various types, ideally in an engineering environment.
  • Strategic planning for engineering clients incorporating the aforementioned services.
  • Extensive experience in agency or company operations, including client relations, team leadership, process optimization, financial oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitability and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing management in electronics, engineering, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
