Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is in search of a Material Requirements Planning Analyst to join the Specialized Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (STEWS) Site team at our Rolling Meadows, IL location. This role will be crucial to the F-16 FMS Product Support Integration (PSI) Program. The ideal candidate will be primarily tasked with:

Efficiently managing repair requirements with precision; initiating SAP demand, releasing material/service requisitions, implementing change orders, and overseeing requirements through Purchase Order (PO) issuance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Formulating and assessing material requirements; establishing and executing priorities. Analyzing system data to prepare material requirements, including material master, demand, spending plans, and monthly financial material forecasts. Identifying material shortage requirements and devising solutions to complex challenges. Accelerating repair and material needs as necessary. Addressing schedule, material requirement, or business system issues with cross-functional teams, as well as resolving master schedules and production challenges. Authorizing material or service requisitions; initiating purchase change orders. Ensuring the availability of all materials essential for the completion of program repairs. Guaranteeing timely and precise material/repair data collection to facilitate accurate material forecasting for ongoing repair activities.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED with 7 years of direct relevant experience in supply chain, material management, or supplier management. A bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in these fields may also be considered; a master's degree with 1 year of experience may also be acceptable. Experience should be in a production, repair, or depot environment. Proficiency in MS Office Excel. Skilled in collecting and analyzing data to generate complex material requirements and spending reports. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Must be able to work on-site in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in material analysis and/or planning within a depot or production setting. Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Preferred experience with SAP Material transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Access.

Salary Range: $62,600 - $93,800. The above salary range serves as a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director roles may qualify for Long Term Incentives. Additionally, Northrop Grumman offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and personal business.
