Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Material Requirements Planning Analyst to become part of the Specialized Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (STEWS) Site team. This position will be an integral part of the F-16 FMS Product Support Integration (PSI) Program. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Driving repair requirements with speed and accuracy; initiating SAP demand, releasing material/service requisitions, implementing change orders, and monitoring requirements through Purchase Order (PO) issuance and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze material requirements; establish and execute priorities. Analyze system data to prepare material requirements including material master, demand, spend plans, and monthly financial material forecasts. Identify material shortage requirements and develop solutions to complex problems. Expedite repair and material requirements as needed. Resolve schedule, material requirement, or business system problems with cross-functional representatives as well as master schedules and production issues. Approve material or service requisitions; initiate purchase change orders. Responsible for ensuring the availability of all materials required to support program repairs. Ensure timely and accurate material/repair data collection to enable precise material forecasting to support ongoing repair activity.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a High School diploma/GED and 7 years of direct relevant experience in supply chain, material management, or supplier management. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in supply chain, material management, or supplier management may also be considered; a Master's degree and 1 year of experience in supply chain, material management, or supplier management may also be considered; Experience should be in a production, repair, and/or depot environment; Proficiency in MS Office Excel. Must be proficient in collecting and analyzing data to create complex material requirements reports and spend reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain and retain a DoD Secret Clearance. Must be able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in material analysis and/or planning in a depot or production environment. Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP). SAP Material transaction experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Access.

Salary Range: $62,600 - $93,800. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
