Residential Support SpecialistWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Specialists to join our team at our CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes in Rolling Meadows, IL. A CILA is a group home-style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct support and training to clients, assisting them in achieving their goals outlined in their individual program plans.
- Facilitate the use of community resources by teaching clients essential skills and providing guidance.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping.
- Engage clients in social and recreational programs to promote well-being and socialization.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be 21 years of age
