Business Development Representative

Symetria Recovery is a leading provider of outpatient substance abuse treatment in Illinois and Texas. Our comprehensive treatment programs are designed to address the complex needs of individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase referrals and awareness of our outpatient and medication-assisted treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to identify prospective targets and sources of patient referrals
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to increase referrals and awareness of Symetria's services
- Act as liaison between internal departments and external relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Research and analyze industry trends, preferences, and needs to inform segment targeting and prioritization
- Partner with the digital marketing team to design and implement marketing and sales campaigns
- Build and foster relationships with strategic and target relationships
- Document all prospects, contacts, accounts, and activity in KIPU, CRM software platform
- Meet or exceed established activity and performance metrics
- Minimum of 5-7 years outside sales/marketing experience in healthcare or other professional services
- Personal or professional knowledge of behavioral health, addiction treatment, and/or medication-assisted treatment
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work through complex challenges and navigate ambiguous relationship dynamics
- Computer proficiency, social media knowledge, and ability to utilize all forms of technology
- Extensive day travel may be necessary
