About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Outbound Sales team at RingCentral. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
  • Follow the established RingCentral pre-sales process and consistently document prospect interactions to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
