About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Revolut, you will be responsible for selling new business accounts and influencing client engagement. Our team's approach to sales is centered around solution-based selling, where you will uncover deficiencies and unnecessary costs in our potential clients' existing business banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through closed deal
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of inbound and outbound potential clients within our CRM
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to business decision makers
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Revolut's business solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota expectations tied to new business activations and revenue generated

Requirements

  • 12 months of Sales Development Representative or Full cycle B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Growth mindset: desire to improve and receive coaching
  • Ability to problem solve on the fly
  • Bachelor's Degree (in finance or business-related subject is a bonus)
  • Current US work authorization
