Job Summary:

The Town of Prosper is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician II to provide high-quality customer service and technical support to its employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, specifically in a user support capacity, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level help desk support and troubleshoot technical issues

• Manage help desk requests and escalate issues when necessary

• Create and maintain a climate of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for service improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Three or more years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in a user support capacity

• General public customer service experience preferred

• Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred
