Job Summary

Avid Refrigeration INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist with report preparation, presentation development, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system for electronic and paper documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
  • Support project planning and execution, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Contribute to accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
