Job Summary

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and process P-card and expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work.
  • Communication: Compose and type routine correspondence.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative tasks, including typing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Customer Service: Handle heavy phone volumes, including logging, placing, and rolling calls.
  • Inventory Management: Manage department inventory and order essential supplies when running low.
  • Mail Distribution: Collate and distribute department mail.
  • Team Support: Assist other department members as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong telephone etiquette, communications, and organizational skills. Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
