We are seeking an Operations and Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in facilitating the operations of our executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive assistance, including arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and managing team schedules
  • Oversee office environment, supplies, and facility management
  • Foster collaborative relationships with fellow administrative leaders
  • Develop strong connections with partner departments
  • Coordinate departmental purchase orders, invoices, and contractual agreements
  • Monitor departmental budgets and collaborate closely with the Finance team
  • Assist the department with various projects and initiatives
  • Create and maintain departmental documentation and materials
  • Manage inventory and logistics for products
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting
  • A strong interest in consumer electronics and contemporary cultural trends
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
