Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Coordinator

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER ROLE, AND IT REQUIRES FACE-TO-FACE ENGAGEMENT WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS.

We are in search of driven individuals who possess exceptional energy and interpersonal abilities to cultivate leads and arrange appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Upon completing the training program, you will be assigned a specific territory where you will foster relationships and assess interest among potential clients. This role involves direct interaction, utilizing a provided script to address objections and generate leads for our sales team. The objective is to secure 3-5 quality appointments daily. Subsequently, our sales team will step in to present and finalize the sales. Compensation is hourly, complemented by a generous bonus structure for successful appointments and sales resulting from your efforts. Average earnings, including bonuses, range from $18 to $30 per hour.
