Position Overview

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Lead Systems Support Specialist to join a prominent enterprise team. This role will initially require full onsite presence, transitioning to a hybrid model after a designated period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive system and production support, ensuring optimal performance of applications, batch processes, and project implementations.
  • Engage in collaborative sessions aimed at troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
  • Facilitate the transition of workload tasks as necessary.

Daily Duties:

  • Conduct morning system checks to confirm operational status by the designated time. Analyze, document, and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate production challenges related to company-owned applications, and execute various tasks to enhance the production environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of data storage methodologies, database principles, and programming practices.
