Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Develop the Gift Planning Team: Lead a team of experienced fundraising professionals to develop and implement strategies for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting legacy gifts from high net worth individuals.
  • Cultivate and Solicit Deferred Giving Prospects: Develop and implement a marketing plan to identify and cultivate deferred giving prospects among USF's pool of prospective donors.
  • Design and Execute Planned Giving Instruments: Work closely with legal and financial professionals to design and execute planned giving instruments, such as trusts, annuities, and other forms of charitable giving.
