We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts.

About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Your key objective will be to ensure that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development. A master's degree and/or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
