Position Overview:

The Employee Relations and Compliance Investigation Manager is responsible for upholding the organization's ethical standards and addressing any compliance discrepancies. This role involves applying advanced principles and methodologies to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The manager will operate with significant autonomy and oversee staff in both operational and technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of investigators, focusing on performance management and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough investigations related to internal policies and the Code of Conduct, ensuring a comprehensive approach from initiation to conclusion.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and gaps, formulating strategic actions to enhance compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating effectively to address escalated issues across various business segments.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Convercent is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and investigative skills.
